Assistance for large families during airport procedures

A free service for assisting large families is intended for passengers who travel independently with four or more children under the age of 10 years (inclusively) flying on one flight.

Service hours: around the clock.




The service can be ordered:

  • by sending the completed order form to MAAS@dme.ru no later than 6 hours before the scheduled time of flight departure/ arrival;
  • at the information desk in the passenger terminal (Meeting Point).

What is included in the service?

DEPARTURE:

  • meeting passengers at the airport area, in the public transport area, on the railway platform or in the parking lots РVIP, Р1, Р3;
  • assistance with the delivery of luggage and hand luggage to the check-in section or before the boarding gate;
  • assistance until gate *.
*At the request of passengers, the service can be completed at an intermediate stage (near the Room for mother and child, near a cafe, etc.). In this case, the assistant will provide information on how to get to the final destination (e.g. departure gate).

ARRIVAL:

  • passenger meeting with a sign:
  • - from the jet bridge (if the aircraft is installed under the jet bridge)
    - from the side of the aircraft (if the aircraft is installed at a remote parking lot)
  • assistance to the the airport front territory, public transport zone, railway platform or parking lots РVIP, Р1, Р3 **;
  • assistance with the delivery of luggage and hand luggage.
** In the absence of car/ rail transport on site, airport staff does not wait its arrival.

TRANSFER:

  • passenger meeting with a sign:
  • - from the jet bridge (if the aircraft is installed under the jet bridge)
    - from the side of the aircraft (if the aircraft is installed at a remote parking lot)
  • assistance at all stages of the passage of airport procedures to the gate;
  • assistance with the delivery of luggage and hand luggage to the check-in section or before the boarding gate.

Recommended arrival time* at the airport – no later than 2 hours
before the scheduled departure time.

*In case of non-compliance with the recommended time interval, Domodedovo Airport has the right to refuse to provide services.

Please call us +7 (495) 933-66-66 / +7 (496) 795-01-81 15-30 minutes before arrival at the airport, informing the place of arrival, main signs (if available, brand and plate number of car).

Additional Information

To make your stay at the airport comfortable, you can use the free stroller service.
Also, for passengers with children the following services are presented: Mother and child’s room, Children's playrooms, Changing rooms.

Please note:
  • the service “assistance for large families during airport procedures” does not include accelerated pre-flight / after-flight procedures;
  • the service does not apply to organized children's groups of passengers traveling with accompanying persons.
